Luckily, I know a thing or two about computers. Trust me, I drank one too many coffees while studying diagnostics.

Device Setup and Personalization
When you buy a new computer or have a factory reset done, you can use this service. Your own personal account, operating system upgrades, device driver updates, application removal, software installation (software cost not included), and recovery media creation are all included.
Data Recovery
This service allows you to recover data that had been accidentally lost as well as have them restored back to their original location or to any other storage medium (USB Thumb Stick, Micro SD, External Hard Drive, Cloud Storage, etc.). External storage device costs are not included.
Basic Diagnostics
This service will identify computer issues and present you with an easy-to-understand report. From there, we may collaborate to determine the next steps. If Mark's Computer Repair completes the needed service, this cost will be waived.
Hardware Installation / Replacement
This service is for any new hardware installation or replacement. I can replace the following types of hardware: - Keyboard (Laptop) - Fan - Memory (RAM) - Hard Drive - Optical Drive (Blue-ray , DVD, etc) - Screen Replacement - Send me a message if you need anything else installed or replaced
Factory Restoration
This will delete everything. A factory restoration will allow you to start over from scratch, as if you just opened it from the box it came in.
Virus, Spyware and Adware Removal
This service will remove any apps that may be collecting your data or slowing down your internet, as well as any pop-ups. I can also assist you in obtaining any software you choose or require.
Software Installation
This service is for the installation of software (Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, Anti-virus, or other applications). The cost of the software is not included.
Cleaning Service (Disassemble and Dust)
I'll disassemble your computer and give it a thorough cleaning. This will clear the case of all dust and debris, allowing your computer to function better and last longer.
Pick Up & Drop Off *

Busy? Why waste time dropping off and picking up your computer when you can have it done by me? With Pick Up and Drop Off, I'll pick up your computer for repair and then return it when your service is complete.
