Print your mailing label and attach it to a padded envelope for small devices or a box for bigger devices after you receive it. A $15.00 postage fee will be added to the repair bill for the expense of RETURNING YOUR PHONE BY MAIL — MCR WILL PAY FOR THE COST OF MAILING US YOUR PHONE (please see below for turnaround time estimates).

We will fix your device within 1-2 days for routine repairs and 2-3 days for more complex repairs after we get it (particular delivery durations are dependent to Canada Post's service delays) (could be extended if special parts are needed to be ordered).
